College Rowing (ICC)

College residents at the University of Queensland are offered a unique experience through the ICC rowing competition. College Rowing has a long and celebrated history at UQ and is always a highlight of the intercollege sporting calendar. It typically comprises an eight-week program of training and racing on the St Lucia reach of the Brisbane River and culminates in the ICC Championship race day carnival traditionally hosted by King’s College.

College Rowing is normally held in Semester One, from March to May, and it is open to experienced and novice rowers alike, with coaching provided through UQBC.

Information is available through the individual colleges. Please contact your college sports coordinator to register your interest. Please see your college coordinator to sign up.
